Boston has G-Free Options

How many people check a menu before heading out to lunch or dinner? If you love to dine out and you have an allergy it can occassionally become an issue. There have been multiple times I’ve gone out and stuck to having a cocktail, rather than daring to try something I’m unfamiliar with off the menu.

For many years my family stuck to “chain restaurants”, such as the 99 or Legal Seafood. Two years ago gluten free menus were unheard of! Now, there are many restaurants throughout Boston that have incorporated a gluten free diet into their menu.

One of my favorite restaurants, Nebo, serves an array of gluten free options that are delicious. I know many people would say cutting wheat out of their diet is nearly impossible and by all means it is difficult, but far from impossible. Trying new restaurants can be exciting, so try one of the restaurants listed below and let me know what you think!

The Elephant Walk
Legal Seafood
Stone Hearth Pizza
